After being founde in 1990, ÖZKAN Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd.Şti. have been active in the construction sector with its works in substructure, construction and decoration areas. In 1996 extended its working area with opening new store, in which plaster and plaster panel, and plaster panel assembly materials were sold. In addition it started the production of extruded polystiren exterior house press coating system.
